HEART HEALTHY TUNA SALAD
Easy low sodium & low fat spin on tuna salad. Pairs well with salads, sandwiches, & wraps!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz of drained tuna packed in water or light oil 
- 1/4 of a medium avocado, diced 
- 1/4 of a medium cucumber, diced 
- 4 wedges of lemon, squeezed 
- 3 tbsps of cilantro, chopped 
- 3 tsps of dijon mustard 
- 1/3 cup of plain nonfat yogurt 
- 1 oz of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning 
COOKING METHOD
- Drain the tuna thoroughly & place it in a medium mixing bowl. 
- Add in the avocado, cucumber, & cilantro. 
- Mix the ingredients together. 
- Add in the lemon juice, mustard, & yogurt. 
- Add in the seasoning & stir until well mixed. 
- Enjoy!
